How can I get spare parts?
All spare parts with a number in the assembly instructions can be ordered by yourself directly online.
When you're connected online, you can easily access your last purchases and see all products. You can then select a product and choose 'Order spare parts'. You will then get a list of all the parts that you can order for this product.
Or you can easily order online your spare part and have it sent to you home (valid only in Switzerland and Liechtenstein).
The number of your spare part is available within the assembly instruction of your product. If you don't find any number, you need to ask our customer service if this is possible to order. In that case you will be asked for your receipt or order confirmation.
