What can I do if my kitchen appliance isn't working properly?

If you notice a quality issue with your electrical appliance (white goods) and it's still under warranty, the fastest way is for you to contact the manufacturer directly with the product number (usually present as a sticker on the machine). If you need some support in finding the number, don't hesitate to contact us, so that we help you in your contact with them.

We are so sorry for the inconvenience!
If your IKEA product isn't working as expected or you have noticed a quality issue, please:
a. have a look at our troubleshooting page for electrical appliances or at the product support page for other products
b. think about ordering a spare part online if this would solve easily the quality issue
If you cannot solve the issue by yourself, then we would kindly ask you to proceed as following:
c. check your order confirmation or your receipt to see if it falls within the 2-year legal guarantee or if your appliance as an extended warranty. If you registered your purchase on your IKEA Family account, you can also find it online in your purchase history.
d. if it's covered by a guarantee, please contact the manufacturer directly with the product number (usually present as a sticker on the machine).
If you need some support to do so, you can go directly in a store or contact us per phone. One of our co-workers will help you with a solution.
