Can I extend the warranty on my cookware?
IKEA product guarantees are a promise to our customers that we stand behind the quality of our products. Therefore, we at IKEA would like to reintroduce the extended guarantee on selected cookware.
In everyday life, cookware and knives are subject to high demands in terms of functionality and durability.
Our pots, pans, woks and knives undergo rigorous testing to ensure that they can withstand the challenges of daily use.
With our newly developed range, we are able to offer our customers a 15-year guarantee on pots, pans, knives and woks without a non-stick coating. This guarantee came into effect on September 1, 2024. Please note that products purchased between October 1, 2021 and September 1, 2024 are excluded from this guarantee.
To maintain the longevity of your cookware, please refer to the care instructions for your product. These can be found online in the product descriptions or as package inserts.
