Is it possible to test the product at home and return it if I'm not satisfied?
Our IKEA 365-day return policy means that you can try our products out at home and easily exchange or return them.
Within the 365 days, you have the right to test the product and if it doesn't meet your expectations, we are happy to take it back, as long as it has been used to a certain extent and is still in a saleable condition.
