What can I do if I received a product I didn't order?

First control that you received the product additionally, and not instead of another product you paid for. Please also verify on your order confirmation or receipt that you were not charged for this extra item. In all cases, please contact the IKEA Customer service.

We are so sorry for the inconvenience! If you received a product you didn't order:
1)Please verify:
a. the list of products you bought on your receipt or confirmation e-mail.
b. if the additional product has been given instead of another product.
c. that you were not charged for this product.
Based on the issue that happened, you will have the possibility to choose between
  • getting a refund if you paid for the product
  • having an exchange if you miss another product from the order
  • or simply discard the product by yourself it it has a low price and you didn't pay for it.
