Can IKEA pick up my old mattress if I want to return it?
If you would like IKEA to pick-up your mattress, we can of course organize a collection for you, connected or not with the delivery of a new one.

Start by using the “Buyback Estimator Tool” to check if your furniture is eligible and how much you might get for them. Bring your products assembled to your nearest IKEA store within 30 days of receiving your estimation. In the store, the condition of your products will be examined and a final price will be given. You will receive an IKEA refund card to spend online or in the store.
