Can IKEA pick up my old mattress if I want to return it?
If you would like IKEA to pick-up your mattress, we can of course organize a collection for you, connected or not with the delivery of a new one.
Please contact us or ask the customer service in the store, so that we organize an exchange or a pick-up order for you and let you know about the service fee.
