What should I do if I have not received an order confirmation for my Click & Collect order?
Did you not receive the e-mail with the pick-up message, or have you lost the e-mail and do you want to check in at a store? Click on the link below to check in and receive your order.
Have you not received a confirmation half an hour after you placed your order? Please contact us.
If the order has been received, we can send you a new order confirmation.
