I have not received my order yet, what now?

Did you have a delivery scheduled today, but did you not receive a message or an e-mail with the message that the delivery will be later? Please contact our customer service.

Check the status of your order in My purchases.

It is possible that your delivery is delayed due to an item that appears to be out of stock, due to a delay in the collection process of your items or due to traffic jams or breakdowns on the way. In all cases, we do our best to let you know in time. This can be done by e-mail, by phone or by text message. 

Have you not received a message from us and is there no e-mail in your spam or advertising box? Then we recommend that you contact us so that we can look at the status of your order together.
