Can I reserve a product?
Products can’t be reserved. If your local store has stock availability, we recommend you to make an order through Click & Collect. All delivery options can be found at our web page.
Once you have seen a product you like, then you may want to reserve it. This is possible on the website by adding the wanted product to your shopping cart before you continue to browse online. The option to choose Click & Collect follows after you have filled in your postcode.
Have you placed an order? Then you can pick it up at your chosen time slot. Do not forget to bring your ID and order confirmation with you.
Are you interested in an item from the Second Chance Corner (Tweedekanshoek)? A selected part of the offer can be reserved for pickup at a store through our website.
