Select the "Collect" option 'Collect at pickup point' in the checkout. Choose your preferred location. You'll receive a confirmation email with collection details, and once your order is ready, you'll be notified to pick it up.
Placing an Order
- Add your products to your shopping cart.
- Click on ‘Proceed to checkout’.
- Choose the Order & Collect option ‘Pick up at a collection point’.
- Select a pickup date and time.
- Complete your order; the costs will be shown at checkout
Processing and Preparing Your Order
- Your order will be processed.
- You will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order.
- Track the status of your order online via the order environment.
- Stay informed about any changes or delays by regularly checking your email during the pickup period.
Pickup
- Once your order is ready, you will receive the email “Your order is ready for pickup.” This email will state when and where you can collect your items. It is not possible to pick up your order before receiving this notification.
- Arrange sufficient help if your order contains heavy or large items.
After Pickup
- After collecting your order, check whether you have received all items and inspect them for any damage.
- Any missing or damaged items must be reported to IKEA as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days.
- For damaged items, you can submit a claim yourself via your order overview.
- To report missing items, ask an employee in the chat or call customer service.
