Why should I choose Click & Collect?

With Click & Collect, you place your order online and then pick up your items at an IKEA store or an external pickup point. This delivery option is ideal if you want to avoid truck delivery fees or if you’d like to pick up your order without having to go in the IKEA store and collect the items yourself. This may be particularly useful if you are close to an IKEA store or if a secure delivery to your home is not possible in your area.

Cost considerations:
Collect in store
0 - 100 kg: €3.99
From 100 kg: €5.99
For purchases from €100.-, the 'Click & Collect in store' service is free of charge for IKEA Family members.
Collect at a PostNL or DHL pickup point
0 - 10 kg: €4.99
From 10 - 15 kg: €9.99
From 15 - 20 kg: €14.99
Collect at pick-up point Almere or Alphen aan de Rijn
0-2000 kg: €19.99
Timing and scheduling factors: Click &Collect orders from an IKEA store generally have options for same-day collection or collection within a few days of purchase. For Click & Collect in Almere or Alphen aan de Rijn, you are expected to go to the pickup location on the selected date and time.
Item size and type restrictions: Suitable for most order types. Some of our products may not be available in a store for Click & Collect and will require truck or parcel delivery. You can find out what options are available for any given product on the Product Page or when checking out.
Location/distance factors: Best if you live near an IKEA store, PostNL/DHL pick-up point, Almere or Alphen aan de Rijn. If your delivery address is not served due to stock from warehouses or store limitations, you may be offered a Click & Collect alternative.
Customer effort required: Medium – IKEA will prepare your items and you will be responsible for travelling to the chosen store/pick-up point and loading your items into your vehicle.
Please note: Click & Collect cannot be booked from a foreign address.
