Can I cancel my order?

Have you changed your mind regarding your order or did you order the wrong article? No problem! You can cancel it via IKEA.nl/order.

If we haven't started getting your order ready for shipping yet, you can cancel the order yourself. The only exception is if you have ordered a custom-made worktop.

To cancel, you just need your order number. You will find this in the e-mail that was sent to confirm your order.  

Did it work? If you already paid we’ll refund the amount within 14 days. We’ll use the same payment method you used.

Can’t cancel it yourself anymore? If it’s a parcel delivery, we can’t stop it once it’s been processed. But you can refuse the package at the door, or return it after delivery. Is it another type of delivery? Please contact our customer service team.
