When will I receive my refund from IKEA?
If you return a product or cancel your order, you will be refunded the purchase price via the payment method you used to pay for it. This can take 2 weeks.
Return pin in stores
You use the pin machine in the same way as a normal pin, so you need your debit/credit card to deposit the amount back into your bank account. It is possible to return the amount to a different bank account than that with which the article was purchased.
The amount will be refunded to your bank account within 2 working days. A return pin transaction on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be credited to your bank account on Monday.
Credit card
If you paid for your purchase with your credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card. You will need the same credit card with which you purchased your item when returning it.
The refund will be processed at the end of the month, at the same time as the normal payment transactions on your credit card.
