Return the items within 14 days. Once we have received the items, we will refund the amount within 14 days. You can return the items in an IKEA store or with the return options we offer for your order (package return or return by truck, depending on the items).
    4. Do I pay return costs if I withdraw my purchase?
You will pay the direct costs for returning the goods where applicable, as stated in our return options.
    5. How does the refund work when withdrawing my purchase?

  2. I don't want to withdraw my purchase.
Do you not want to withdraw your purchase or was the purchase delivered more than 14 days ago? No worries! Then you can use our 365-day return policy.

      5. Do not make any modifications to the product, such as drilling holes, painting, or removing parts. As a result, the product is no longer as designed and cannot be resold.

    2. How does the refund work for the 365-day return policy?
      1. With receipt: We'll give you a full refund of the price paid to your original payment method.

The only exception is food that has been opened, is unfrozen, or has expired.
    5. What if I return a defective item?
