If I return the product(s) that I purchased, what will happen to the points from IKEA Family that I have collected?
The corresponding number of points will be deducted automatically from your profile within 48 hours and any rewards used will have been forfeited.
If you purchase product(s) and collect points, but later return these product(s) receiving a refund of the amount you paid for them, the corresponding number of points will automatically be deducted from your total points, within 48 hours.
