Can I return products at the IKEA Plan and Order Point or a Click and Collect Near You location?
These locations are not full IKEA stores and therefore can unfortunately not process returns.
IKEA Plan and Order Points as well as Click and Collect Near You locations are not full IKEA stores, and therefore can unfortunately not process returns. If you have purchased an item from either of these locations that you wish to return, you can either visit your nearest IKEA store or return the item through parcel or truck using this return form. If you need extra help, you can also ask for a co-worker through chat or call IKEA customer service by phone.
