Can I collect points with multiple IKEA Family profiles, give my points to someone else, or exchange them for cash?
Points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash value.
To make the most of IKEA Family rewards, points are collected on the IKEA Family card used during the transaction or interaction. These points are personal, cannot be transferred to others, refunded, or exchanged for money.
Points can only be used to select rewards offered through the IKEA Family account (via the IKEA website or mobile app). Rewards can be redeemed by shopping via the IKEA website, mobile app, or in-store.
