What happens if my order is cancelled and has a reward from IKEA Family applied?
In this situation a new reward, of the same type, will be generated for you to enjoy in your next purchase.
The new reward will have the same value and validity period as the reward used in the cancelled order. It will be sent via email and will also be visible when you log into IKEA Family online and in the app.
