What can I do if something is missing from my delivery?
If something is missing after delivery, first check if your order has been split into multiple deliveries, as the missing item may still be on its way. If you notice that items are still missing from your order, then start a claim in your order environment to receive a replacement item.
Determine if another delivery is on the way
- Was the item included in your order? View your invoice or receipt.
- Multiple items can be packed together. Be sure to search all the boxes in case your missing item is there.
- An order can be split into multiple deliveries. You can check this at Track and manage my order by using your order number or logging in to your IKEA account. If your order is split into multiple deliveries, the next delivery date will also be on the page.
