A standard truck delivery is always delivered to the ground floor. Do you live in an apartment building and is your front door on the 1st floor or higher? Then you can also have it delivered to a specific floor by choosing Floor and room of choice delivery.

If your front door is on the 1st floor or higher and you want the order delivered to a specific floor, choose Floor and room of choice delivery. Depending on the total weight of the order, the service costs €14.99, €19.99, or €24.99 due to the extra efforts of the delivery team.
Conditions for Floor and room of choice delivery
If there is no elevator, delivery is up to the fourth floor. Is there an elevator? Then our transporters will come right to your door. Do you live in a student room? Please note that we deliver over the threshold of the student house.
If you have already placed an order and want to change the floor number, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
