Can the delivery date be changed?
Most truck deliveries can be changed up to the day of delivery. Most packages can only be rescheduled on the day of purchase. If the delivery date cannot be moved to a time that suits you, you can also cancel the order and place the order again at a later time.

Is it a PostNL or DHL parcel delivery?
Will you not be at home on the scheduled date? Conveniently, you can change the date yourself by making a PostNL or DHL account. Then you can indicate your preferred date or delivery location. You can choose between the app or online.
