What can I do if my purchase (or part of it) is missing?
We have collected and handed you your order with lots of attention. Still, it can sometimes happen that something is missing. You can count on us to solve this and make sure you can soon enjoy your IKEA purchase.
Is a part missing?
Is a part missing from the packaging of your item? A missing small part such as a screw, which you can recognise by the 6 digit number in the instruction manual, can easily be ordered by yourself for free via IKEA.nl.
Is an item missing?
If we have delivered your order, a partial delivery may still be on its way, such as a separate package. Follow your order in the order overview to see if that's the case for you.
If nothing is still on its way, or if you collected your order, we will be happy to help you. Contact us and we will solve this together so you can soon enjoy your new IKEA items.

If something is missing after delivery, make sure to first check if your order has been split into multiple deliveries, as the missing item might still be on its way. If you find that items are still missing from your order, please contact IKEA Customer Service either online or in-store.
