What can I do if my product is missing some parts?
If you've received a product or package that has missing parts, you will be able to either order these parts online, pick up the missing part(s) at an IKEA store or arrange a delivery through the IKEA customer service depending on the part that you’re missing.
There is a 6 or 8-digit code
There is no 6 or 8-digit code
If the part is missing from a newly bought item, then contact us or visit the customer service desk in an IKEA store. Our co-workers will help you with a solution.
If the part is missing from a used item, then we are not able to offer an alternative solution.
