Can I return a product in store?
If you have purchased from IKEA, you can return your product to any IKEA store in Netherlands except the Plan and Order Point Leeuwarden.
You can return IKEA products that you have bought in the Netherlands and abroad in any store in the Netherlands except Plan and Order Point Leeuwarden. Visit the Customer Service counter located your product and proof of purchase.
For a quicker process, register your return in advance via the express return form so that we can help you as quickly as possible. Simply enter your receipt or order confirmation details and select the items you wish to return along with the reason. You will receive a barcode to scan in-store. The barcode is valid for 14 days.
