What is IKEA Returns policy for mattresses?
It is important to IKEA that you love your new mattress. If after a while you discover that your mattress is too firm, too soft or too something else, you can bring the mattress back and simply change it for another.
You should note that initially your new mattress can seem a bit too firm. You should allow at least one month for your body to get used to the mattress and for the mattress to get used to your body. To get the best comfort you also need the right pillow. You should make sure you have a pillow that suits you and your new mattress.
You may exchange your mattress selection once within 90 days of purchase if you change your mind, provided that it is not dirty, marked or damaged. You can simply take your mattress back to an IKEA store with your proof of purchase and IKEA will help you find one that suits you better.
