How much does IKEA truck returns cost?

If you prefer, IKEA can arrange to pick up your item/s for return. This service is equivalent to the same fees as delivery.

The exact return cost is calculated once your pick-up address and items are added when creating the return order. Truck return price depends on the total size and weight of the items. You can find more detailed information regarding the return fees here. Your item/s must be disassembled for IKEA truck return service. 

Have you already booked a return order but want to make changes? Adding or removing items and changing the pick-up address is not possible. The original order has to be cancelled and a new one booked. Rescheduling and cancelling the order is only possible with a co-worker.
