Click & Collect service

Buy online and pick up your order at IKEA Málaga for 5€ (the amount will be returned in a voucher to be spent in the store).

Service hours are Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 18:00. We only deliver to the Click&Collect car park, not to the general customer car park. 

When you arrive at the Click & Collect car park, send an SMS to 683 781 679 indicating the order number and the parking space you are parked in. A colleague will attend to you and deliver your order.

Delivery time

• Select the delivery date you prefer from those available.
• From Monday to Friday in mainland Spain.
• You can track your order using our tracking system and/or via the SEUR website.*

Maximum packaging measurements

• Maximum measurements: 78.5 cm x 55 cm x 39 cm.
• Maximum weight 25 kg.
• All measurement information can be found on each product page.
• Items for which we cannot guarantee optimal delivery conditions are excluded.*

Receive your furniture at home is now cheaper thanks to Express Delivery. A new service is available for purchases under 155kg in a number of selected postcards from IKEA.

For Express Delivery the delivery will be made at the door of the home.

When your order does not meet these requirements, it will be shipped using the Home Delivery method.

For the calculation of the parcel or home delivery rate, the original price of the product will be taken into account, regardless of the promotion or reduction that it could have at the time of purchase.

Food products, natural plants or products sensitive to high temperatures are excluded from the Delivery Service.
