Click & Collect - Lockers: Common questions
1. What are IKEA Lockers?
IKEA Lockers are our lockers in which you can pick up your Click & Collect orders whenever it suits you.
2. How can I select my pick up at an IKEA Locker?
Add products to the cart and select the option of Click & Collect IKEA Málaga - Locker. When your order is ready to be picked up, you will receive an SMS with a code that you must enter on the screen located in the Locker. Once the code has been entered, the door of the locker where your order is located will open automatically. If the purchase you have made doesn´t fit in just one locker, we will divide your order and place it in several lockers. In that case, you will receive two codes to collect your complete order.
3. How much does the Click & Collect service with locker pickup cost?
The price of locker pick up is €5, with no purchase limit.
4. How much time do I have to pick up my order?
You have 3 days from the selected date to pick up your order. If after this period you haven´t not picked up the order, we will proceed to end the contract and refund the amount of the purchase price using the same payment method chosen. In this case, the costs derived from the Click & Collect service will not be refunded.
5. What items cannot be delivered to the Lockers?
Those excluded from the “Online Shopping” service, natural plants, the products of the “IKEA Food” range, food products, fabrics by the meter, custom countertops, Persian rugs, items of our opportunity section, products that don´t allow
differentiating references of colors or sizes in which it´s available,as well as customized products. Also, it may happen that the volume of your order exceeds the capacity of the lockers available at that moment. In that case we will contact you to make the pick up at the customer service counters located inside your IKEA store.
6. What happens if I can't pick up my order?
If you can´t pick up your order on the scheduled date or have had any problem when picking it up, you can go to our customer service desk located inside your IKEA store. You can also contact our customer service through the toll-free number 900 400 922. We are available from Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 22: 00h.
