Can I return items in a city store?
From 12 January onwards, urban stores will focus on offering you inspiration, advice and solutions for your home. For this reason, product returns will no longer be processed in these stores.
At IKEA, we want to offer you a quick and convenient returns experience for items you no longer want.
Before returning an item, please check the local page of the store you plan to visit. You can find your store here.
We offer several return options: returning items at an IKEA store, at a post office, or by booking a home collection service. If you need help with how to make a return, please contact our Customer Service team via the following link and we will be happy to assist you.
We know that our products make you fall in love, even if you don't always get it right the first time. Check our 365-day return policy.
Our urban stores located in Goya, La Vaguada, Las Rozas, Diagonal and Glòries will not have a returns area, and Leganés and Torrejón de Ardoz will only accept items purchased in their own store.
