Incidents with online payment

If you are trying to pay for your purchase online and the payment does not go through, please add your payment information again or try another payment method. You can also contact our distance selling team.

If you have any problems when making the payment, it is likely that your card does not have the payment option for online purchases activated or has a set purchase limit. Check with your bank or your virtual bank office.

It is also possible that some step is missing during the payment process, remember that currently, it is essential to authorise the payment with your bank, through its app or website. According to PSD2 regulations, customers who make a purchase of more than €30 with any type of card must prove their identity by means of this double verification system.
