I am a professional, how do payments work at IKEA Home?

When a customer accepts your quote, they pay in advance via the IKEA Home platform.

The payment remains secure until you both confirm in the app that the work has been completed successfully. After this confirmation, you will receive the money in your account and you can upload the invoice for the customer through the same application.
