- We have developed a new website at a global level in the initial phase in two languages: English and Spanish. We plan to add Catalan, Basque and Galician in a paul wayit. 
- We do not request any information to gain access to any part of our site, unless specifically indicated. We may request specific information to provide you with a particular service, such as our IKEA FAMILY card. The information we request may include your name, position, company, address, email address and telephone number. We anonymously track traffic patterns using cookies to measure site performance and make improvements. Cookies are small information files that are stored on your computer and read by your browser. 
- You can retrieve the email address associated with your account or a lost password by selecting "password help" on the login page. 
- No, an email address can only be used once (even if one of the profiles is created in another market). If as a customer you need two profiles, for example, one for IKEA FAMILY and one for IKEA BUSINESS, you must use different email addresses. 
- Yes, you can log in to the new IKEA site using the same credentials as before. 
- Make your dreams come to life with the IKEA planners. Plan your favourite space, save the recovery code to be able to modify it as many times as you want and download or print the shopping list before going to the store. If you are logged in to your IKEA profile, you can save the spaces you create. All of our planners feature an online guide, where the way they work is explained in detail.
