IKEA has a turnover of 1.497 billion euros, and consolidates its position as a Spanish employer,
having increased its workforce in Spain by 518 new posts as compared with the end of the previous year.

IKEA arrived in Spain in 1996, and since then has been reinventing itself and adapting to new customer needs and demands. During this period, it has invested resources and funds in innovation and digital transformation, aiming to create the “IKEA of the future”.
