Why can't I register for IKEA Family?
Please note that it is not possible to create a new IKEA profile with an email address that is already in use for an IKEA profile or IKEA Family profile, also not if it is used for a profile in another IKEA country.
In order to register, please visit our login page at IKEA.ch.
If you want to use the same email address, you firstly need to delete the other profile. You can do this by yourself in your profile account. If it doesn't work, please contact us.
