How do I sign in and use my IKEA Family account?

To collect points, use rewards, access member discounts, and save your receipts digitally, simply scan your IKEA Family card in store or log into your account online. If you’re not identified as a member, the benefits of the membership cannot be applied once a purchase is completed.

How to sign in to your IKEA Family account:
  • On the IKEA App: Sign in to your IKEA Family account in the app for iOS or Android. This way, you’ll have your digital IKEA Family card with you to use in the store and your benefits will be applied automatically when you shop via the app.
  • On IKEA.ch: You can sign in at any time, but at the latest at checkout, with your e-mail address and password or with a one-time code.
  • In an IKEA store: When you visit an IKEA store, you can identify yourself as an IKEA Family member by scanning your membership card at the checkout or at customer service.
 
For environmental reasons, we no longer issue physical IKEA Family cards. You can have your digital card sent to you by e-mail or install our IKEA app so you always have your membership card with you.
Please note:
If you weren’t signed in as a member when you made your purchase, the benefits of the membership can’t be applied afterwards.
Your IKEA Family membership is personal – it can’t be used by others.
You can use your IKEA Family card in all countries where IKEA Family is available but note that for certain promotions, only the Family card of the respective country is accepted. In order to get all the advantages of a country, we advise you to create there a new profile with a different e-mail address.
IKEA Family and the IKEA Business Network are separate memberships that can’t be combined in the same purchase.
