What is the IKEA Family credit card and how does it work?
This card is available for IKEA Family members who wish to pay in instalments without annual fees and at 0% interest rate during the first 3 months, with our partner Cembra.

a. Purchase and use:
You can only apply if you're already an IKEA Family member. Join us here!
If you already are, have your ID ready and apply for the IKEA Family credit card here online.
Your application will be processed by our partner Cembra and you'll receive your physical Mastercard per post. The card is per default without instalment but you can benefit of a 0% interest rate for the first 3 months of instalments, on all purchases at IKEA. While paying an order with your card, secure that your e-mail address and delivery address are correct.

b. Credit:
By using the instalment payment option, you must always pay a minimum monthly instalment of 2.5% of the invoice amount, but at least CHF 50. For purchases over CHF 50 at IKEA Switzerland, you do not pay any interest in the first 3 months. After the initial 3 months, you will pay an interest rate of 7.95%. For all purchases made outside of IKEA, the interest rate is 12.00%.
With our IKEA Family credit card program, you get 2 credit card points per 1 CHF spent at IKEA and 1 credit card point per 1 CHF spent outside IKEA.
