What can I do if my purchase (or part of it) is missing?
You can order small parts directly to you and free of charge. Otherwise, we will be happy to help you - in-store or online.
Is a part missing?
Is a part missing from the packaging of your item? A missing small part such as a screw, which you can recognise by the 6 digit number in the instruction manual, can easily be ordered by yourself for free via Order small spareparts.
Is an item missing?
If we have delivered your order, a partial delivery may still be on its way, such as a separate package. Follow your order in the order overview to see if that's the case for you.
If nothing is still on its way, or if you collected your order, we will be happy to help you. Contact us or the Customer Service in store and we will solve this together so you can soon enjoy your new IKEA items.
