How do I join IKEA Family?
It’s wonderful that you want to be a part of the IKEA Family! Joining is free, easy, and gives you immediate access to a world of benefits, offers and rewards.
- Online: The quickest way to join is by doing so on IKEA.ch or by downloading the IKEA app. Simply fill in your personal details such as name and email address and choose a password to become a member.
- In-store: Talk to an IKEA co-worker in the store, and they can guide you through the process.
- Age requirement: Membership is open to everyone who is at least 18 years old.
- One account per person: To ensure you have the best experience, and all your points and receipts are in one place, each member should have their own account. It is not possible to merge or combine two separate IKEA Family accounts or transfer data like purchase history between them.
If you want to activate several IKEA Family profiles, for example in different countrys, you also need several e-mail addresses as login ID.
