When you redeem a reward coupon for furniture and accessories, the total price of your purchase will be reduced by the amount of the reward coupon. Therefore, the points will be deducted from your account according to the amount actually paid in the event of a return.
As each reward coupon code is unique, it cannot be reused.
What happens if I return a product purchased using a reward coupon from IKEA Family?
The corresponding number of points will be deducted automatically within 24 to 48 hours, and the reward coupon won't be given back.
