How can I redeem a reward coupon from IKEA Family?

You can use product and delivery reward coupons online, in the IKEA stores or when ordering via phone, whereas reward coupons for purchases in our Swedish Restaurants, Swedish Bistros and Swedish Food Markets are only valid in IKEA stores. Please note that an activated reward coupon must be redeemed within 30 days. You can find all redemption conditions directly with the reward in your IKEA Family profile.

Reward coupons for a price advantage when purchasing furniture and accessories can be redeemed online, in the store, at our Plan and order points or when ordering by phone. Reward coupons are not valid for the purchase of IKEA gift cards.

Reward coupons for a discount on standard/curbside delivery can be redeemed online, in the store, at our Plan and order Points or when ordering by phone. The details of the specified delivery option apply.

Reward coupons for a price advantage in the Swedish restaurants, Swedish bistros and Swedish Food Markets can be redeemed in IKEA stores. Reward coupons are not valid for alcoholic beverages.
