Where can I redeem a reward coupon from IKEA Family?

You can redeem reward coupons for products and deliveries online, in IKEA stores, or when ordering by phone, whereas reward coupons for purchases in our Swedish Restaurants, Swedish Bistros and Swedish Food Markets are only valid in IKEA stores. Please note that an activated reward coupon must be redeemed within 30 days. You can find all redemption terms and conditions directly with the reward in your IKEA Family profile.

You can redeem your reward coupons for IKEA furniture and accessories online, in the store, at our Plan and order Points, and when placing orders by phone. Reward coupons are not valid for the purchase of IKEA gift cards.

Reward coupons for standard/curbside delivery can be redeemed online, in the store, at our Plan and order Points, and when ordering by phone. The details of the specified delivery option apply.

Reward coupons for purchases in the Swedish restaurants, Swedish bistros and Swedish Food Markets can only be redeemed in IKEA stores. Not valid for alcoholic beverages.
