How do I redeem a reward coupon from IKEA Family online?
Log in to your IKEA Family profile and activate your reward before making your purchase (if you haven't done yet). You get the reward coupon code directly in the rewards section, and it will be sent to your e-mail address.
Make sure you have logged in to your IKEA Family profile and have put your products in the shopping basket.
If you are shopping online:
In the web checkout, enter your unique 16-digit reference rewards coupon code under the 'Discount applied' field (You can find this reward coupon code in the rewards section by clicking on "Choose reward"). Alternatively, you can select the reward coupon from the available rewards above the total order value.

If you are shopping in the IKEA App:
In the checkout, enter your unique 16-digit reference rewards coupon code under the “Have a discount code?” field - You can find this reward coupon code in the rewards section by clicking on "Choose reward".
In the checkout, enter your unique 16-digit reference rewards coupon code under the “Have a discount code?” field - You can find this reward coupon code in the rewards section by clicking on "Choose reward".
When you use a reward for furniture and accessories, the discount will automatically be applied to your order.
And when you use a reward for standard/curbside delivery, the discount will be displayed once the reward coupon is linked to the reward delivery type.
Please note that you can only use one reward coupon per online purchase and that a reward coupon needs to be redeemed within 30 days. Reward coupons can also be used along with other IKEA product promotions.
