When will my delivery arrive?
We have different delivery options with different time slots.
Parcel delivery
- Our service partner will send you more detailed information about your delivery via e-mail or SMS, with the possibility to change the delivery time.
- Delivery time slot : Monday - Friday 08:00-21:00
Standard delivery
- Only a 12-hour time slot (from 7:00 until 19:00) can be selected while creating the order. Track your delivery status here.
- Good to know: At the latest the evening before the delivery date, our service partner will send you a 2-hour or 3-hour time slot for the following day by SMS or email.
- On the day of delivery, the delivery person will call you before arrival.
Curbside delivery to the letterbox
- Choose a delivery date in the order process. The day before the delivery date, our service partner will send you a 2-hour or 3-hour time slot for the following day via SMS or email.
- On the day of delivery, you receive a link and can track your delivery so that you are at home when the driver arrives.
