Where do I see the amount of IKEA Family points I have?
You can find your total number of points in your IKEA Family profile. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your points to be credited or deducted after a purchase, delivery, interaction or return.
You can see your total number of points by logging in to your IKEA Family profile online or the IKEA App.
You can view more details by clicking on the "Points history" button, also available on your profile. Keep in mind that points can take up to 48 hours to appear on your profile after completing a purchase or interaction. For purchases with delivery, the points will only be added after the delivery is complete in full.
