How do I collect points with IKEA Family?
You can collect points online, through the app, in-store, or even by phone when you make a purchase or interact with IKEA programmes and services. Please make sure to always scan your IKEA Family card or log in online.
1. When making a purchase:
At IKEA Switzerland, you receive 1 point for every CHF 5 you spend.
2. When using our IKEA tools and services:
You also collect points when you, for example, create an IKEA Family profile, create and save a shopping list, book and attend a planning appointment (excluding Interior Design Service) or use other services.
You can find all the details about your collected points and an overview of your activities at any time in your IKEA Family profile.
