Where can I collect points with IKEA Family?
You can collect points in the online store, app or via remote sales by phone, in all IKEA stores located in Switzerland, and even in the Plan and order points.
You can only collect points and redeem loyalty rewards in the country where your IKEA Family profile is registered.
