I didn't receive my IKEA Family points, or only some of them. What can I do?
Points are added up to 48 hours after completion of a purchase, order or interaction. If you booked a delivery order, the points will only appear 48 hours after the delivery is completed in IKEA Family profile.
- Products for immediate takeaway: Points are credited immediately after payment.
- Orders in store with collection: Points are credited after collection.
- Orders with delivery: Points are credited after delivery is complete.
