I didn't receive my IKEA Family points, or only some of them. What can I do?

Points are added up to 48 hours after completion of a purchase, order or interaction. If you booked a delivery order, the points will only appear 48 hours after the delivery is completed in IKEA Family profile.

If you registered your IKEA Family card when shopping and your points are not visible 48 hours after delivery, please contact us and we will be happy to look into it for you.

How it works:

  • Products for immediate takeaway: Points are credited immediately after payment.
  • Orders in store with collection: Points are credited after collection.
  • Orders with delivery: Points are credited after delivery is complete.
