What is the IKEA for Business payment card and how does it work?
As an IKEA Business Network member, you can apply for the IKEA for Business payment card. This is a convenient payment method for companies who wish to have multiple payment cards linked to one account and pay by invoice within 30 days.
You can only apply if you're already an IKEA Business Network member. Join us here!
If you already are, then you can fill out the online application form, print it out, sign it by hand and submit it online. While paying an order with your card, make sure that your e-mail, billing and delivery addresses are correct and match your account.
The credit limit is set during the application process, following a creditworthiness check. It applies to all IKEA for Business payment cards (sub-cards) together. You can order up to 99 additional cards for your employees, but the card is personal and non-transferable. You can choose to pay by invoice online and in all IKEA stores in Switzerland (except in the IKEA restaurant, Swedish Food Market and bistro). You’ll receive a VAT invoice due for payment within 30 days.
- All cases of theft must be reported to the police immediately.
- All documents in connection with a case of damage must be sent to the Finance department immediately and unprompted.
- If you’ve lost your card, please also inform us immediately at the following address:
