Usage and validity of a voucher or discount code is described in the terms and conditions for this specific campaign or activity (f.i. birthday). Depending on the card you received, if you want to use it online, it will have to be processed whether at the beginning of the order (in field "Apply voucher/discount code") or at payment (in field "Gift card").
Note: IKEA Family discounts or IKEA Family prices are automatically applied at checkout when you’re logged in online or scan your IKEA Family card in store. No code entry is required.
