Where can I find all my purchases, receipts or invoices?
If you are an IKEA Family member or an IKEA Business Network customer, you can find your VAT-compliant receipts and invoices online by logging into your account and navigating your Purchase History. Invoices are also attached to your order confirmation e-mail.
If you are an IKEA Family member or an IKEA Business Network member and used your card for your purchases, you will be able to find your digital receipts online in your Purchase History. There, you can simply select the purchase for which you need a receipt and click on “View invoice” to get a PDF with all the needed details.
When ordering online, you will also automatically receive a VAT receipt via e-mail.
When buying in a store, you will get your receipt printed or sent via e-mail.
If you need a specific VAT invoice for store receipts, you can create one in our receipt conversion tool.
If you own a diplomatic status, you can't create your VAT invoice by yourself with this link. In this case, please contact our customer service in our store and you will be refunded the VAT. Please make sure to provide a proof for your diplomatic status along your proof of purchase.
